[Resolved] Tata Docomo — tata photon plus - no connectivity/signal

I am unable to connect to my photon plus internet since last 4 days as there is no signal and error is displayed 'remote computer failed to respond'. When i called the customer care, they informed me that since i am using the device in mangalore, i am unable to connect to cdma network. I had bought the device 4 years ago at bengaluru. After a year i was transferred to mangalore, but i continued using the device. Now the customer support says, the device will be usable only in bengaluru but the billing will be in process even when the device is not usable. They informed me that if had to buy new device that can be used in mangalore. How can there be billing when i am unable to use the internet connection?

Tata docomo walky no[protected], you cut down the outgoing service for no reason. Really very bad service from your side. No customer care no is helping. Kindly active my services urgently.
