[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Tata Photon Wifi MAX | |||
Hi. I have got my tata photon wifi max dongle today(21 dec). I had placed the order on 18 Dec. However if i follow the steps on the book to activate the connection, it is nto happening. It says "Activation failed". What am i missing here? I need the activation at the earliest. Customer care is asking me for 10 digit number. Since it is not activated, i do not have the number. Is there any procedure in between that i missed? It is a brand new dongle. Please revert at the earliest. Thanks. Was this information helpful? | |||
