Tata Docomo — tata tele broadband: outstanding payment reminders after closing connection within 10 days | |||
Hi all, I purchased tata tele broadband connection on 18 july 2018 however; due to poor service i closed that connection on around 28 july 2018. I am receiving collection agent calls. They are quoting that the connection is disconnected on 03 dec 2018. Now, threatening me with legal notice. They should support to investigate the issue. I always received calls from 3rd party collection agents which are very rude. For few hundred rupees, how can someone go to this level. Tata docomo personnel should call me & discuss rather than sending these cases to unprofessional agencies unless it's really required. If tata want some money to spend there are other ways available in market. Poor service, arrogant employees, worst communication, with these qualities, it looks like this subsidiary (Tata tele broadband) is only made to collect & not to serve. Really disappointing.
