[Resolved] Tata Docomo — top up not received | |
On 18.7.2017. I did recharge from icici bank. My amount has been deducted but havnt received any recharge.. I hve tata docomo connection and then 24 august 2017. Again i did my recharge from data docomo outlet again i havnt received, total 160 rs recharge i havnt recived yet.. I m currently in international roaming and i cant call customer care and not even possible to recharge from any outlet. So kindly do it as soon as possible.. Was this information helpful? | |

Verified Support Nov 10, 2017 Tata DoCoMo Customer Care's response We would like to inform you that as per our records, a recharge of amount Rs.60/- and Rs100/- was successfully completed and activated on 18-Jul-2017 at 23:27PM and 24-Aug-2017 at 19:13PM. Your balnace on account Rs.157/-.We request you to kindly check the same.We would like to inform you that international roaming is a pre-activated service for your number. You should maintain aminimum balance of Rs.800/- while on International Roaming to make a call (Rs.99/- for rental & Rs.100 for making at least one min. call). Rs.99 /- will be deducted immediately whenever your handset latches with any network on International Roaming.
