Tata Docomo — unable to make outgoing calls since 2 months

Since 2 months im not able to make outgoing call to any number leawe alone my contact list saying the number dialled is not correct. I'm surviving in wifi for calls all time thankfully but this can't be stretched any more. Kindly solve the issue asap. Also the docomo network which i'm currently manually have opted for airtel as it says your carrier has no network. Have tried all the caller id failure tricks to overcome nothing worked

I could place call or send SMS through my num. Even the customer care nums have no reply. This problem is almost faced by us about 6 months. Please do the needful as quick as possible.

While sending SMS to some numbers i am getting the message "can't send message with tata docomo error 10".

Have tried the solutions provided like #33*1234# and received message "connection problem or invalid MMI code"

Please resolve the issue ASAP.
