[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Unable to port as docomo is rejecting the request every time after paying bill on time. | |||
It's been two months i am trying to port from docomo to other network and the bill is paid on time without an hour delay, still the worst network ever docomo is not releasing my number from it's network. For 2 months i paid the bill without using it. First of all it doesn't have any plan which is customer friendly and if we call to customer care, the response which the executive is worst. They directly told that u can change ur network and if i try to change, they are not releasing it. Worst network and service provider medal should go to docomo. Hopeless and useless service ever. My money has been deducted in the name of subscription which I haven't done around 400 RS deducted when I was in native place and can't get to customer care executive of Tata docomo my number is [protected]
