Tata Docomo — unable to port my tata docomo mobile number

My tata docomo sim is not working. I am not able to receive calls on this number. Though the towers are showing on my mobile screen, it has become unfunctional. I got to know that through my friends. They complain why your docomo number is showing out of reach/switched off. So i decided to port my number. But i am not able to do that also. I send a message port [protected] to 1900 but i didn't receive any code. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
