Tata Docomo — unable to port my tata docomo mobile number

My tata docomo sim is not working. I am not able to receive calls on this number. Though the towers are showing on my mobile screen, it has become unfunctional. I got to know that through my friends. They complain why your docomo number is showing out of reach/switched off. So i decided to port my number. But i am not able to do that also. I send a message port [protected] to 1900 but i didn't receive any code. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

I want all outgoing and incoming call detail between of 1 Dec 2018 to 24 Jan 2019 of this number [protected] .that's on my name registered with name karmveer singh

I am not getting incoming calls on my docomo number ([protected]).
I want to port my number and i have send port message to docomo but not getting upc code in back. I am verumy disappointed with docomo serice. I'm unable send messages and call even after having recharge.

My outgoing calls has been stopped. Please let me know how to activate.
