Tata Docomo — unable to receive text messages

Hi, i have recently moved to netherlands and have tata docomo prepaid sim card having number [protected]. I am unable to receive any text messages and nether do i see any signal for my sim card. Could you please help me with it?
I am experiencing this from last thursday 31st jan 2019. I had moved to netherlands on 20th oct 2018 and have not done any recharge. I am not sure if this is the reason. But if so, please reactivate my number again and i will take care of the recharge.

I have already written to them. But they have not yet responded. Their service is very slow.
