[Resolved] Tata Docomo — uncalled deduction of balance and bad customer service | |||
Hi, I've been using Tata Docomo for last 10 years. Every now and then my balance is getting deducted without a valid reason. My business was good then so didn't bother. But now with new India I'm struggling to meet ends meet. Upon that I realized that Docomo is been looting my balance big time. If I call customer care they give me reasons like I made few calls., I downloaded big size data. For that reason I install data and call management app and checked which is close to 95%accuracy. Still it doesn't reach the limit yet. They deduct money from my account. Can anybody tell me where and how I can register, sue and complain about this. Pl.note that, internet connection a/c no.[protected] was disconnected in Aug-2016 & after two months, Tata docomo connected once again without any information to consumer, so how they claim for outstanding payment of Rs.1759.00, as mistake at their end only.
