[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Unethical practices and customer harassment by TATA docomo

Point 1: In Nov 2016 i had received call from TATA Docomo executive regarding bi-annual plan of internet and the caller said that if we do payment immediately then only the bi-annual plan will get activated.

Point 2: we have not done the payment, so ideally the plan should not get activated.

Point 3: where as I got a mail of bill generation on 8-Dec-2016, in which bill was of Rs. 5513/- but our original plan was of Rs.919/- only. so, TATA Docomo changed our plan without our consent to bi-annual plan. on call they had said that to activate bi-annual plan we have to do payment first.

Point4: after this we had raised compliant with TATA docomo on via call and sent mail on 12-Dec-2016 about the case and requested to reverse all changes in plan which that have done without our consent.

Point 5: on 13-Dec-2016 TATA Docomo apologized for such service and change in our plan without our consent, our request of reversal of plan was accepted and raised the same and asked for the confirmation of the same via mail. On 14-Dec-2016 we reverted back to them with our confirmation for reversal.

Point 6: After this also they haven't changed our plan and started calling and threatening us, We told TATA Docomo many time to reverse our plan and we are ready to pay our monthly plan rental so regenerate correct bill. But instead of doing this there was a continuous pressure on us to accept the changes in the plan which was not asked by us. in between this we asked them to cut our connection.( compliant no:[protected] dated 10-DEC-2016)

Now we are asked to pay Rs.5513/- for biannual plan, why we should pay the amount to TATA Docomo which we have never used since it is a bi-annual plan starting from 12-Dec-2016 and we had asked TATA Docomo connection cut of on 10-Dec-2016 itself .

Now we are getiing calls, mail from tata docomo employee and now advocates also.

These calls and for no reason putting a pressure on customer to pay whatever amount for whatever plan they activate is a customer harassment, through which we are going since Dec-2016.

I would like to highlight you also, that whatever was my monthly plan charges(Rs.919/-) i am ready to pay immediately once i receive the correct bill which i have communicated in my previous communication to TATA Docomo but I will not agree to pay new plan activated on my account without my consent.
