[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — unnecessary bill and not not providing me proper support.

I have regret to say that i am in pickle condition with tata docomo pathetic services.
From past two months (July to september) i am asking for my july month bill that contain a detail description of my usage of net and call.
Unfortunately i called up dpcomo customer care services and i have a pathetic response from them it means no response.
From july to august every time i got different consultant in call and they said we are working on your issue and will get back to you.
As a result i stopped follow up with docomo's people and didn't pay my money for a bill.
From augst to september i got daily calls for bill payment and i daily told them that i want a detail description of bill but docomo's support said it is not possible.
Fortunately one of consultant generate my request to there system 5841082.
Well again i got disappointed the way they treats me. They send me an email every time in which i got the bill detail description pdf with a blank page (3times).
Then there consultant said they will send bill to my home address for which i have to pay 25 rupees my question here is why should i pay money to docomoe for my bill that they are not able to send me???& this boiling me up right now..
If they are not providing me detailed bill then how can they aspect that i will pay my money to them.
As a result now there is 4018 amount is pending to pay from me.
Also they have included the late payment charges as well. If docomo is not able to provide me bill description so why should i pay them additional late payment?
This is how they treat their csutomer's.
Fyi i also tried to discuss the situation in chat protal but the consultant just left the chat with out resolving query for me.
I dont have that much time every day to waste for asking of my bill i guess it is every individual right who is taking services.
If they are delaying in providing response in services then why a customer should pay a late payment charges plus additional bill when they blocked all internet and out going at my mobile number and dongle as well.
Also they disconnected my outgoing and internet usage from past two months why? Because i didn't paid?
I agreed yes i didn't paid the bill because its my money and i want description of every single rupee that i am paying to docomo.
Just because docomo's slowness in providing me itemized bill they makes me suffered alot.
And latest they send me bill for the month of october of rupees 1197+4018 (Previous charges which are not relevent) when they blocked all my services then after they makes this much bill of mine. I dont know why and i just wanna get rid of this network.
And dont wanna pay any money to them because it is there fault to provide me delay and blocked my services.
