[Resolved] Tata Docomo — very high tata docomo bill | |
I have a very bad experience with tata docomo serivces. One of my family member using their services since 4 years. Suddenly since 4-5 months we are getting high bills as compare to previous months & last month you have send bill of 1800 which used to come of 400-450 rs only previously. I am following with you guys since one month & getting the response you have downloaded contacts that's why that much bill came & after so much discussion your customer representative say we will adjust bill according to your use but no updated bill come to me. 4) In Reply via choose 'Text'. Further, I request you to clear the memory of the inbox & outbox on your handset. Kindly dial #33*1234# for outgoing unbarring and #35*1234# for incoming unbarring. I request you to reset your handset and select the network operator manually as Tata Docomo in your handset. From here on, you must re-insert your SIM and also check with another handset.
