[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Wrong billing and threatening calls | |||||
We had already paid the final bill of Tata Docomo dongal and asked for the deactivation because of poor service. But the customer care executive kept insisting to change the plan and continue the service which we refused and took connection from other service provider. Now they are asking me to pay for bill which should never exist and threatening with legal action. I have already paid and settled my dues as per my usage and communicated to the company to disconnect. Its their executives who don't disconnect the service even after receiving request from consumer just to fulfill their targets and the we consumers have to face this situation. There is no network coverage at our place, that is at government colony, bandra east. Having lots of trouble for fiding network at home. I have a billing account. It seems to be a very bad option. Looking to its bad service I need to switch to another service provider. Kindly resolve my problem.
