Tata Housing Development — Cancellation of flat booking and refund of booking and 1st instalment amount. | |||||
My husband booked a flat in chennai, tata's new haven ribbon walk, golden garden c -73 by paying ₹6, 90, 000/- towards booking and 1st instalment on 13july16. Unfortunately he passed away on 25dec16 due to massive heart attack. On 19jan17, i personally met mr. Thirumurugan, informed him, requested to return the full money without any deduction as i'm a housewife and my son is studying in engg college, nri quota, and this money will be helpful for me to pay his fees. I hv sent a detailed mail with reqd documents to tata care and mr. Thirumurugan. On 20th jan mr. Mohamed thameem mailed me stating that they will revert with a solution in refund claim. As per your legal team all documents were finally submitted by us in person on 19th april. Till now neither we have received the refund nor reply. Kindly expedite and refund us without any deductions to enable fee payment for my son's college. Was this information helpful? | |||||
