[Resolved] Tata Housing Development — Not refunding money | |||
Hi, I applied for a flat at adwita project in kolkata which got scrapped later. Now you are not refunding the money with interest and tds. I missed a chance to buy a new property because of this. I have submitted a consumer forum complaint (81471) for the same. But i will make sure that i file a civil suit against you guys if you dont refund the amount in 3 days.
