I had booked 2 apartments with tata value homes - new haven ribbon walk - chennai. Due to the current financial slowdown i wont be able to proceed with one of the apartment fr which i've paid inr 618, 644. I had contacted my crm mr. Thameem over phone regarding this matter and as advised by him i had sent and email to mr., thameem and tata care on 20th november 2017 via email requesting the cancellation of one of the apartment and transfer the funds towards the payment of the other apartment. Since then i haven't heard back from either the crm or tata care. I had tried reaching the crm couple of time, he doesn't answer the phone and when i try with another number he answers and say he is busy or on leave or driving. Never expected this kind of response from tata group business unit. Was this information helpful? | |||||
