Booked a flat as per their sponsored finance indiabulls agreed to meet my loan requirement and sent me an offer letter for 8.75 % interest rate. Based on the confirmation i paid my 1st installment 4.26 lakhs in october 2018. And initial booking changes i paid 1.30 lakhs. Total comes to 5.56 lakhs. When i was following with them both tata value & indiabulls for the loan disbursement. One day i got to know indiabulls have informed tata value stating they will not be able to finance at 8.75% interest rates,

As discussed, there has been delay because of the challenges nbfc has been facing,
We can disburse the case at 10.5% if the customer agrees for this rate.

When i got the information thru' tata value people i told i will not be able to accept the increase in intt. Rate from 8.75 to 10.75% so i requested for cancellation of my booking. Since its a mistake from tata 's part why should i will bear the cancellation clause. Since jan-2019 i have been following with them for my refund. No positive response from tata value has come so far.
I would request you to please take up this with tata management and help me to resolve this
