Tata Indicom — I don't have porting code

Dear sir/ ma'am,

This is to request you to please guide me how i can receive my porting code for my two tata numbers.
I had purchased two tata numbers.

[protected my no [protected]

The numbers were working and bills were paid regularly but all of a sudden they stopped working. Upon enquiry made from tata, i was told that they have shut all services to cdma mobiles and that i should have ported my number to another service provider.

My number shut down without receiving any intimation through call or message, which should not have happened. Sir please provide me my no [protected] porting code
