I have complained 3-4 months back to tata docomo that their services doesn't work properly so that they fix the issue and if they can't provide the service what they have promised for i will not pay further and they should disconnect the services immediately. Without disconnecting or helping me the customer service representatives used to call me who were like robots neither they understand english nor hindi. Whatever you will try to report they are only trained to say two word "your bill is pending" and "ok". This was highly unprofessional as i didn't got any help i requested them to deactivate my services. But they didn't and came back with bills of all those months when they were not even providing any services to me/ disconnected the services. They asked me to provide a complain number whereas after having multiple calls they didn't log any complain. As a service provider tata indicom should be able to help their customer with the complain number how the customer will get the registered complain number if they have not generated any. The tata indicom customer care people started misbehaving with me also starting sending emails with charging incorrect amount. After having multiple emails and fighting over email for last 3 month as a general person i would definitely not like to waste my time on this. I have an email where i have asked tata indicom on 19th august'2017 to deactivate all my services. Although i have made my payment yesterday and clearly mentioned that "please deactivate all my services as requested 3 months back i would not entertain any further calls and communication/promotion calls in future from tata docomo" After paying the money also they wrote an email to me that they will still generate a bill on next month 8th of october which is highly dissatisfying for someone who has to pay her hard earned money to a fraud company. As far as i know about the laws this is breach of contract and non performance this is against the laws under sections 73, 74 and 75 of indian contract act, 1872. I would like to lodge a complain against tata indicom for breach of contract, misguiding, cheating, dissatisfaction and not disconnecting services and taking money forcefully. I am having Tata indicom pre paid number with [protected]. From last 5 days, my mobile network is not working. Not able to get incoming and outgoing call. Request you to kindly look into it and revert urgently.
