Tata Indicom — to block a sim card

Address:North 24 Parganas, West Bengal

I have lost my mobile which consists a sim card... No is [protected]. I want to block this sim card so that nobody can misuse it. The sim card had been issued in the name of my husband i. E. Durga sankar garai.

I have tried to block this through your customar care but failed.

My earnest request to you, please block the sim card as soon as soon as possible.
