Tata International — passport holder

During my passport renewal on 15.9.2017, i have paid rs 550 for passport holder as suggested by the scrutinizing officer.
The receipt no is pp[protected]
I have not received the product till date.
Surprised that such a reputed company tcs and til are not bothered even to respond to my e mails reminding the non receipt.

I paid for 3 protective passport covers at the Passport Seva Kendra in Malad(east), Mumbai, on 12.09.17. I received a speed post packet containing only 2 covers on 7.10.17...and the invoice on the envelope mentioned 3.
There has been no acknowledgement for the complaint email which I sent twice. Expected better service from a Tata company.

I and my husband, both renewed our passports and paid for the cover on 20th Sept 2017. No information, no response to emails. Did not expect TCS to provide such a bad experience.

I paid Rs 350 for one passport cver . Receipt No is PP[protected] dated 3.10.2017
Cover Not received till date. No response to mail sent.
Passport received but not the cover.

I baught passport cover at passport seva kendra (Dehradun) Uttarakhand . They told me that cover will be delivered before one week from passport delivery. I get my passport On[protected]. but till date i dont get my passport cover.

I brought passport cover at passport seva Kendra (andheri).today I get my passport but till date I don't get my passport cover. My order no.is pp[protected].

It's been more than 21 business days, till this date I have not received passport cover which was ordered on 3rd October 2017 at PSK Vadodara, for which I paid RS 450 . I wrote an email but couldn't get any reply. It's really a bad experience. Kindly do the needful.

I apply for passport last month on 19/10/2017 but my passport came on under 15 days but I didn't get my passport cover I paid rs 395 it's more than 21 days

It's been more than 65 business to days, till date I have not received the passport cover ordered on 14.09.2017 at psk Bengaluru.
I wrote mail regarding the non reciept of passport cover but I didn't get any response till date. I had paid Rs. 450 for that. Ref. recipient no: PP[protected] dt:14.09.2017.

Today i received my passport cover I paid 550 for the GENUINE leather I got a worst cover ! Don’t go for this cheap cover ! It’s utter madness to pay to the ###
