[Resolved] Tata Motors — a new asset tata tigor | |||
Dear tata family, My concern is about a new tata asset as tata tigor car. I bought this car by paying 7.81 lacs on 11th jan 2019. Its been only 2 days and the car has stoped in a mid when i was travelling with my family. While driving suddenly i found that gears are not shifting and my car has been stucked into 2nd gear. After that car is not getting on. I called to a mechanic, as per him gear lever lock has been broken. The lock which is having a life atleast for 2 years in my case it has been broken in just 2 days. Car is releasing black smoke as well. It started reacting like an old car. They have sold me an old car but i paid for a brand new car. I am writing to you all with a hope that you will solve my problem. I am not going to accept a new car which has been repaired just after 2 days of purchase.
