[Resolved] Tata Motors — advance payment not refunded and very unprofessional customer executive. | |||
On[protected], i booked a car (Tata nano - white 2017 model) from concord tata motors, kayamkulam, kerala, india. Mr. Ratheesh was the executive and he was very polite and professional at first and i gave rs:5000 as advance amount. Later on his behavior and attitude changed and was very rude when i decided to cancel my booking. I tried to contact him but he kept on ignoring and not attending my calls. Then i went to their office and spoke to the gre and i demanded to meet the outlet manger but to get a reply from her that he is unavailable. I contacted him (Mr. Yasir - manager) on telephone and he promised to refund the amount within one and a half months. I have done followups several times but it has been 4 months now and did not get my advance amount. I have spoken to the customer care executive over telephone and registered my complaint (Ref number[protected] but not to get any serious assistance from their end aswell.
