Tata Motors — Android auto not connected with my phone | |||
I have purchased Tata Altroz XZ variant on 21st Aug 2021 but I am facing issue with its connecting android auto, same is not connected with my phone. and when I visit Tata showroom and explain my concern then they checked and trying to resolve the issue but they can't resolve the issue then they raised the complained to Harman. Then Harman technician come and check the issues and Change the silver box but issue is still same, then I connect my mobile with other same models in 2-3 vehicles(Altoz XZ) in presence of the technician and my mobile successfully connected in all other cars and all variants. Tata motors technician take off the silver box from the other vehicle and Insert in my car then it's connected & working fine and no more disconnection problem.it Menes Harman technician carrying defected silver box. and trying to fit in my car that defected box. please ask him before visit please proper check its devices. Aside to TATA & Harman I have already visited many times and now i am too much harassed with this issue. Kindly Resolve the same ASAP. and please feel free to contact me any time.
