[Resolved] Tata Motors — battery not replaced by company | |||
I have purchased my car tata tiago from mascot tata on 18oct 2017. And its battery is not working properly from dec2018. I informed tata motors regarding this problem they refused to replace it... As much as i know from warranty card of the battery its guarantee/warranty period is 18months from the sale. They have my battery's warranty card, photostate copy of my car rc nd and rejection letter of battery also... Sir/mam plz help me n solve this problem.
