Tata Motors — booking amount did not refund though it should be returnable from 10 months | |||
Dear, This is sarat thokala, i booked following model through tata motors online (www.nexon.tatamotors.com) and given booking amount 11, 000/- (Deducted from my bank account), which is totally refundable amount. Model #nexon Colour #vermont_red Portal order id #tmwc[protected] Sales order number #so-ccdhyd[protected] Sales order date #15/apr/2018 Dealership #concorde motors (India) limited-3005550 Dealership address #plot no. 98 & 99, ground floorchandanagar I was cancelled booking within 3 days, they said i need to reach out the showroom for refund amount. I went to the showroom and provided cancellation form and they said, they will issue check/ will credit booking amount in my bank account provided within 2 weeks. After multiple follow-ups with the tata motors concard showroom at chandanagar (Their email #cre. [protected]@concordemotors.com), they were saying i need to contact tata online support team. I have requested to provide point of contacts for whom i have to reach out. They were not providing those details. I reached out tata motors customer care. Every time they will open new complaint number and will close within few days without resolution. Here are the complaints they created. 1-[protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] 1-[protected] This is nothing moving either with the tata motors show room or with the tata motors customer care.
