Tata Motors — booking amount did not refund though it should be returnable from 10 months

This is sarat thokala, i booked following model through tata motors online (www.nexon.tatamotors.com) and given booking amount 11, 000/- (Deducted from my bank account), which is totally refundable amount.

I was cancelled booking within 3 days, they said i need to reach out the showroom for refund amount.
I went to the showroom and provided cancellation form and they said, they will issue check/ will credit booking amount in my bank account provided within 2 weeks.
After multiple follow-ups with the tata motors concard showroom at chandanagar (Their email #cre. [protected]@concordemotors.com), they were saying i need to contact tata online support team. I have requested to provide point of contacts for whom i have to reach out. They were not providing those details.

I reached out tata motors customer care. Every time they will open new complaint number and will close within few days without resolution. Here are the complaints they created.

This is nothing moving either with the tata motors show room or with the tata motors customer care. I need help on this. Thanks.
