Tata Motors — Cancellation due to delay delevery & unsatisfied service

Dear Sir / Madem, Reg: Cancellation due to delay delevery & unsatisfied service. I have booked my TATA INDICA on 28th April at VST MOTORS, Poonthamalee, Chennai. While booking they committed me you have to pay 1, 29, 845/- by cash, balance amount by loan (3, 71, 000), and delivery will be within 3 working days after receipt of full payment. I agreed. I have settled my amount on 5th May. Now they ask me pay 2000/- more and delivery will be 14th May, Cash paid details as follow. 28th April = 10, 000/- 30th April = 1, 00, 000/- 05th May = 19, 845/- Balance amount by loan (3, 71, 000/-) Loan Appvd on 2nd May. Ref TMFI706954 for INDICA V2 LS has been approved. Nothing delay from my side, iam not happy with their service, So i am cancelling my booking, pls refund my full amount without any cancellation charges, Thanks for understanding, pls do the needful ASAP.
