[Resolved] Tata Motors — Car average

I have taken a new tata tiago car company told that it will give 23.84 km/l. but it is given 13 to14 km/l. I have purchsse it at three day before what should i do. I complaint to tata dealer jd autination bilaspur he sent me to service station and ther by his mechanic by checking average found 16.67 km/l
If the average so i don't need this car. If it is any fault please do change the car

It is 24 km/l Thanks to consumer complain team and tata moters team.
