[Resolved] Tata Motors — car delivery | |||
We booked a car on 31march 2019, confirming that they will bill the car same day which clearly means the car was in stock with the dealer wasan motors. Next day 1st april we get a call saying billing did not happen. We did not object and agreed to april billing. Full payment of the vehicle was made on 8th april, and the entire process was delayed a lot, to finally get vehicle ready on 21 april. When on 21 april we went to take delivery of the car, to our dismay we find the car with wrong alloy wheels. This irritated us a lot and we left the car with the dealer only. We would like the company to take this matter up very seriously with the dealer. Was this information helpful? | |||
