[Resolved] Tata Motors — car is in service center since 4th december and till date replacement material not available | |||
Hi, My car(Nexon) met with a small accident and rear bumper and Dicky need a replacement. Insurance person already gave approval in first 2 days, but till date i am getting same reply that "material is not available". I have dropped my car on 4th dec (Tuesday) in Concorde motors, Tathawade branch, Pune and its been 15 days i have neither got any call from them nor getting update. Concorde claims that they are the leading dealer in Pune but looking at the service they are providing i am very much disappointed. Please look into this issue as without using my car i have to pay my EMI unnecessary. Was this information helpful? | |||
