[Resolved] Tata Motors — car noise and vibration | |||
Dear sir/madam I would like to bring to your attention the behaviour of one of your employees. Mr. Vivek working at parin moters rajkot as a service advisor was quite rude to me when i was merely to issue in my ragular running my car number is gj03kh7203 there are some problems in my cat so i went to service center to resolve. Your all advisor are sitting on there desk but they have not time to take my complaint i was waited 30 minutes, after 1 technician came and test car. Problems are mention below 1-front alloys hitting 2-stability control not working 3-car bumping on speed of 25 in second gear and also bumping on higher rpm above 3500, 4-on hard acceleration - car going under power 5-stearing vibration, body vibration, 6-driver side door not close easily, 7-engine knocking on hill drive, 8-noise level is too high than ragular 9-milage is very low, 10-co-driver sit lock not work properly Your technical said that above problems are normal Till we check about this. I ask to advisor to take complaint but he was busy, again i waited 30 minutes after i request to take complaint, but till he was busy, finally technical asked to take complaint, i waited almost 1 hour, than i decided to escalate this thing to you. Last time i request to take my complaint, i asked if you have don't time than i wiil service my car to another workshop i'm not here to time pass i have lost of work till i have spend 2:30 hr in your workshop. Your advisors vivek rudly said that if you don't want to service you car that go away from here. I was very disappointed on this thing i'm totally unsatisfied one of the best bad experience of services sector sadly back from workshop i think it reflects badly on your company, and it also raises a measure of doubt within my mind as to whether i should continue doing business with your company.
