[Resolved] Tata Motors — car tyres of nano | |||
I had purchased car NANO TWIST XT BS IV in Dec 2014, registered at Delhi on 15.01.2015. Three tyres (tire) of the car were found damaged and rendered unuservisable since 10 May 2018. These are in the guarantee period of five years. As on date the car has done 34000 kms and its three tyres are damaged.. I had shown the car to Sagar Motors, Sector, 5 Noida who advised me to get the tyres inspected from authorized tyre agency YRE SHOPEE Sector 5 Noida.I was told to contact JK Tyres agency in Delhi. Representative of agency inspected the tyreMr Baljit Singh of JK Tyres had inspected the tyres. and told me that I should lodge a complaint with customer care Tata Motors.
