I, Tara Maini Chhetri, resident of Kalimpong, purchased Nano, Vehicle registration no:WB796916, Chassis No:NATG12247FKD07424, Engine No:06827 with date of sale:15/12/16, date of Registration of contract:12/04/17.In this connection the cheque amount of Rs5910/-was paid. The Agent's name who signed the book is Mr.Dinesh Bhasin, Hd Customer Support, Passenger Vehicle Business Unit, Tata motors Ltd. The booklet no is :3019353.Now the details of above are missing from the records of the Bajla Motors, Siliguri where I purchased the vehicle, whereas I have the signed booklet whose no is: 3019353.There is the seal of the Sale's Centre with the signature of the agent. Jul 28, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved As per the instructions on the booklet, the company was to provide the time to time services on the Nano for the payment which was made to the tune of Rs5910/-.But Every time I went there for service there was no records of the payment. Hence I had to pay for the service out of my own pocket. Upon complaining I was told I must make a complain to the Tata motors, with a copy of the payment made. This I am about to do depending upon what action You are going to take and the result of the action. Also the person who received payment on behalf of the company is no longer there. Evidently he pocketed the money and vanished. But this is the responsibility of the Company(Tata Motors ) (Siliguri, Bajla Motors).I also enclosed copy of the money receipt when I complained yesterday.
