I booked a tata tigor oz (Expression brown) with a booking amount of rupees 3000 at pragati motors at golaghat, assam a few days ago. About a week ago, one of the executives from that dealer informed me that the car is reaching golaghat in a few days. But yesterday another official reports me the fact that, the colour i chose is not available and may take another month or more for delivery, so he offered me the colour *copper dazzle*???. It has already been 20-25 days crossed. What i think is that the car i booked has been sold to another customer and they are taking extra more time to stick me the horrible colour which i don't prefer. So please return me the money that i paid for the booking and i will never go for tata again. I think they are playing with me.

One of the executives Mr. Bhaskar from pragati motors of golaghat called me and sought apology for the mishap, and another person, Mr Nabajyoti Boruah offered me the top model of the car in same colour which I wanted and he assured me an earlier delivery of the same. I believe, this time they will keep their words as per their commitment.
