[Resolved]  Tata Motors — company/dealer didn't keep its promise.

Tata motors /dealers didn't keep their promise. I have tata tiago, mh 30az0227. Complaint nos. Are 1) 08/05/2018 — [protected], 2) 19/05/2018 — [protected], 3) 15/06/2018 — [protected]. These are my complaints raised against jaika motors amaravati. Related to these complaints i got call from tata motors on 15/06/2018. As per their promise they are agree to give new ecu unit with free of cost and without any labour charge. As per company promise they will send the part to satish motors, akola and they will call you. But nothing happened like that. I did call to know the status of my complaint. I discussed three times with company. They were told we as soon as the part reaches to the dealer they will call you. But from 15/06/2018 to 22/07/2018 i didn't get any call from the dealer and didn't get ecu unit from the dealer. From company helpline i got a no. Of mr. Dinesh (Spare part department) i called him and asked about the matter. But he said to me that he don't have any information about this matter. I was shocked. I don't know what is going on. So unwillingly on 21/07/2018 i raised one more complaint no. Is 1-[protected]. Company didn't keep its promise. My complaint is not solve yet. Please don't hurt customers. Keep your promise. Following are the complaint nos. 1)08/05/[protected][protected] 2)19/[protected][protected] 3) 15/06/2018---[protected] 4)21/07/2018--[protected] these are my complaints .One month before I submitted my complaint.i saw today complaint resolved. How possible this? Complaint is not solve yet. Related to this complaint got a call from Tata motors on 15/06/2018 .According to the call they promised me that they are sending new ECU unit to Satish motors and they will call you. As per the promise they will do it free of cost. But from 15/06/2018 to 21/07/2018 I didn't get any call from the dealer or from the company. During this period I did call 3 time to company. Every time they told me that part was not reached to the dealer. Also they gave a no.
Of Spare parts department person. I discussed with him also. He told me that he don't know about this matter. Now this is too much. This is a last chance .After that I am going to consumer forum.

Dear sir, I have Tata tiago Revotron XT. Chasis no. is MAT626282HKB09124.My contact no. is [protected].I raised complaint against the dealer Jaika Motors, Amravati. They delivered the car with ECU in hanging position. It caused wiring damage. Details are as mentioned before. I'm waiting since 29/03/2018 to clear that issue. But the problem is as it is.
