Tata Motors — Complaining about hospitality | |||
Hi, My name is arun kumar g, i own tata tiago and i’m from hosur tamil nadu, a recent incident when i have been to tata service - the true sai works, hosur made me to write this, the hospitality in hosur service station is really worst, people are very careless and irresponsible about customers, there is no proper structure for billing - they will make you wait even after paying bill - they will simply take money and ask yu to wait just for smoke break, there is no proper response over any compliant and the authorised person won’t even explain things what went wrong and what they did to your machine, i really felt to change my car just for the sake of irresponsible and careless behaviour in service centre.
