Tata Motors — complaint against employee due to misbehavior | |||
Dear sir I manjeet kumar a consumer of tata motors. I had given my car for the service at annanya auto, khagaul road, patna. Car is not serviced at time. The behaive & language used by your service boy mr. Pulkit ([protected]) is so bad. He is abusing me when i ask to service the car as quick as possible. महोदय
मैंने कार खरीदने के लिए कम्पनी के शोरुम पर फोन किया था mr देवेश जी ने फोन recieve किया था मेरा mob no और नाम लेने के बाद उन्होंने १५ मिनट के बाद call करने का बोला पर कॉल नही आई
मैंने ३ घंटे बाद फोन फिर से किया तो उन्होने अगले दिन मिलने को बोल दिया
अगले दिन फोन से टाइम लेने के बाद भी वो ना तो आए ना ही कोई फोन किया मेरे समय का उन्होने कोई महत्त्व नही दिया
