[Resolved] Tata Motors — complaint on the service done at authorized centre | |||
I am very much disappointed and not happy the way service is done at your authorized centres. I own a tata nano amt. Following are the list of complaints right from purchase of the vehicle, - unnecessarily change the parts in the vehicle without any communication. On enquiry while checking the bill they say yes. - exterior cleaning not done (This service). Vehicle was at the showroom for 3 working days. - interior cleaning not done properly (All service). This does not get fixed in spite of informing while giving the vehicle for service. - when wiped with a white cloth in the interior, it gets black stain. When asked they say that they apply polish. Why is polish black? No answer from showroom. - when asked to change the fused fog lamp, service manager say the entire fog lamp assembly needs to be changed. - only in this service, i felt that service has happened properly. I could feel the difference in the performance and engine.in all prior services the vehicle used behave the same way before and after service, expecting for external wash. This happened as i had informed the sale person that i am looking for nexon and will decide based on the nano service. - this service, i noticed that there was fuel theft happening.
