[Resolved]  Tata Motors — complaint regarding delay of replacement of alloy wheels of zest

Dear sir,
My name is anand lakhani and i own a zest xt diesel, rto no. Gj 03 hr 2856. Car is in the name of my father jagdish lakhani.
I met with an accident and got broken both the alloy wheels on the left hand side due to broken road near surendranagar on viramgam highway on 25/8/2018.
I toedput the car in service center on the same day and being told from service center (Sc) that they don't have same alloy in the store of sc. And they promised to get it in a week. I've continuously followed up for a month and they answered as per following.

1. Tata motors don't have same alloy wheels any where and they stopped making it.
2. Tata motors didn't find this kind of alloy wheels from anywhere.
3. So now after 2 weeks tata motors sc team is having discussions regarding whether tata motors will provide or not provide all four alloy wheels.
4.in the 3rd week they confirmed that tata motors will provide all four alloy wheels.
5. After confirmation tata motors sent shipment containing all four alloy wheels and will reach in four days.
6. It did not arrived and sc team doesn't have any shipment tracking data provided.
7. I visited yesterday but got an answer that now store did find two same alloy wheels from somewhere and now waiting for the shipment containing 2 alloy wheels which is same as the old ones. Still they don't know when it will arrive by lacking data regarding shipment tracking.

It's been almost a month and i am waiting for the car. I am an architect and having business in three different cities across gujarat. I am paying 3000 rupees per day for taxi service. I am facing lot of problems due to this inconvenience caused by some silly issues of alloy wheels. How one can buy car from tata motors if such small issues can't be handled.

I sincerely request that please resolve this issues as early as possible.
