I would like to draw your kind attention for the bad experience faced by my family members for the incidence happened 7th july, 2019 from time 9.45 p. M. To 3.00 a. M for strong support from customer care, but they kept issue lingering for approx.5 hrs in midnight time at prime location at rabale - thane mumbai thane highway. As suggested by tata care as well as authorise

I would like to draw your attention to harassment from customer care for closing all my complaints without confirmation from the valued customer. I would like to draw your kind attention for all my complaints regarding harassment:
Complaint details:

I have no alternative to approach an online consumer court along with facts and figures are to be submitted to the consumer forum.

D service provider as it is a minor car programming issue.
