Tata Motors — dealers charging handling/logistics/customer care charges from customer | |||
Hi I have booked altroz xz at venkata ramana motors in hyderabad. They are chagring around 10, 000 rupees for customer care (Handling/logistics) changer and accesories. When we asked why you are charging that amount then they said that tata motors officially charging that amount so we are applying the same to customers. When i said that you should not change that amount to customers then they said that you can cancel the booking we are okay to refund your booking amount. Then i have descided to raise complaint after receiveing the car. Also they said that they will provide the altroz company mats and mud flops but they provided me cheap quality not even worth of 1000ruppes but they charged 1500 ruppes for accessories. After car delivery they have provided me tax invoice only for 8, 61, 000 ruppes but i have paid 8.71, 000 rupees to showroom. When i asked remaining 10, 000 ruppes tax invoice or bills then they said that we have charged that 10k for handling nad accessories bla bla bla and they wont provide the tax invoice or bills for 10k.
