[Resolved]  Tata Motors — defect product given. service centers misbehaved.

I live in Pune and I have a Tata Tiago XZA car which I bought in April 2017 from Tata motors dealer National Auto Wheels, Hadapsar, Pune. My car's registration number is MH 12 PC 0656.

Since the day I got my car, I faced many issues in the car. The car came with Tigor name badge instead of Tiago. National auto wheels also delivered my car accessories late. I had to visit National auto wheels at least 3 more times after purchasing the car.

When I gave my car to National Auto wheels service center in Devachi, Urali, Pune, the service center stole 800 rupees of my petrol from car. Service center also tried to charge me 500 rupees for some work done in the exhaust pipe but service center didn't give me any computerized bill for that.

After 1 month of purchasing the car, my car started giving me following issues:-

1. Rattling noises from dashboard
2. Rattling noises from A-pilar
3. Rattling noise from Windows
4. A lot of Engine noise and vibrations
5. Squeaking noise from driver's seat
6. Parking sensors didn't work some times
7. Engine gives a lot of jerks while driving at any speed
8. Warning lights of gear and engine turns on and off any time

So for above mentioned issues and for my 2nd scheduled service, I went to service center Phoenix Auto, Katraj, Pune. Phoenix auto couldn't fix any of my car issues even after giving them 2 attempts to fix the issues.

I also purchased Extended warranty and Gold AMC from Phoenix auto. First dealer tried to cheat me for Gold AMC by showing cost sheet before GST was applied.

In this cost sheet, prices of Gold AMC were more than current prices after GST.

When I inquired online and from different dealers, I came to know the correct price of Gold AMC and then I told Phoenix Auto about it and then they apologized to me and gave me Gold AMC in correct price.

When I went to Concorde motors, Tathawade, Pune for my 3rd Scheduled service, I also told them to fix the above mentioned 8 issues.

Concorde motors was also not able to fix these issues even after 3 attempts. I went to Concorde motors on 3rd March 2018, 10th March 2018 and 17th March 2018 to get my car's issues fixed but they couldn't fix my car's issues.

After getting my car back from Concorde motors on 5th March 2018, my car was creating "Burning smell" in the cabin. When I requested Concorde motors to check and fix this issue on 10th March 2018, "Quality inspector" of Concorde motors refused to check my car and he told me "burning smell comes from all cars".

Even after requesting him many times, he was not ready to check my car. When I told him that i will raise a complaint against him, only then he checked my car for "Burning smell in cabin".

When I got my car back from Concorde motors on 17th March, all the above mentioned issues were not fixed and Concorde motors returned my car as it is.

So I raised a complaint against Tata motors and Concorde motors for all the troubles I had from my car and all the service centers of Tata motors.

I demanded my money back from Tata motors since all service centers of tata motors incompetent useless and tata motors also delivered me a defective car because car giving many issues after 1 month of buying it.

After raising complaints, Concorde motors lied to me on email and phone calls that they had fixed my car and my car has no issues.

After escalating the issues, Concorde motors requested me to give them 4th chance to repair my car. When I refused to come to their workshop, they told me they will come to my home and check the car.

Concorde motors agreed to come to my home on phone and over email. Their SM was supposed to come to my home on 24th March 2018 but nobody from Concorde motors came to me.

When I called them, they again told me to come to their service center. So they once again lied to me on phone and in email.

The SM of Concorde motors had no idea why i have raised the complaint. The staff of Concorde motors didn't give all the info to SM and once again my time was wasted.

After this incident and after raising many complaints, Concorde motors accepted their mistakes and asked to give them an opportunity to fix my car.

I told Tata motors that I have proved my points and now I want my money back. But since then tata motors has started to ignore me and my phone calls and emails.

Tata motors sent 4 people to my home. 2 from Tata motors, Pimpri, Pune office and 2 from Concorde motors on 07 April 2018.

I explained them everything about what kind of experience I have had with Tata service centers and my car. They agreed to me that service centers have made blunders and my allegations against the service center are correct.

They test drove my car to replicate the issues of my car and while testing the car, my car broke down in middle of the road and one of the tata motors personnel was driving my car.

My car stopped working suddenly. This prove that I have an unreliable and defective car which can break down any time.

They were also able to feel the issues I have mentioned in the beginning.

Even after all this, Tata motors is not ready to give me my money back.

Tata motors is a FRAUD company who only knows how to cheat their customers. Tata motors doesn't care about their consumers they can let their customers die in their cars.

Tata service centers are so shameless that they say "burning smell" comes for all cars.

Tata service centers are so pathetic and incompetent that they are not able to repair cars even after 3 attempts.

I want tata motors to give me my money back which is close to INR 6, 60, 000/- which includes cost of Ex showroom price of Tiago XZA in Pune, RTO cost of Pune, Insurance of 1 year, Gold AMC for 3 years and 45000 KMS, Extended warranty of 1 year 75000 KMS.

I am mentioning below all the complaint numbers I have raised so far regarding the service I got from Concorde motors:-

I have seen such stupid replies many time from Tata motors. You only say that "We have forwarded your details to the relevant team". But no action is taken from Tata motors' side.

You mention such replies to fool other people who check these complaints. You only pretend that you're concerned but in reality no one from Tata motors is ever concerned for consumer.

I am complaining to Tata motors from 17 March 2018 but no major action has been taken from your side.

Every time I call customer care, I have to explain them everything from the beginning. Your stupid customer care doesn't take efforts to check the history of complaint and then talk to the customer.

People from Tata motors came to my home on 07-April-18 to check my car. My car broke down in front of them but still Tata motors didn't do anything.

Tata motors didn't even send me an email mentioning the visit of Tata motors employees to my home and breaking of my car down on road.

I want to ask Tata motors on behalf of every common man of this nation that why are you behaving like this.

Why have you sacrificed humanity for the sake of making profits? Why have you become so EVIL that you don't care if someone dies driving your car.

Do you not have any value of your customer's life, time and sentiments?

A customer gives you his hard earned money and this is how you repay him?

A middle class person works hard day and night to buy a good quality car and you give him a defective car. On top of that you don't even service the car properly.

If a common man makes mistakes, he immediately has to pay for that in terms of fines and imprisonment.

But what about people like you with a lot of money in your pocket?

All the politicians, celebrities, cricketers and business houses like you always get your way out of such things as you have money.

Everyone has sacrificed humanity to become rich and powerful and stay rich and powerful.

I know I'm not going to get any justice from you and I will keep on suffering like this forever and every common man of this nation will always suffer like this.

This is the fate of common man of this country. This country needs revolution so that a good government can be formed and that government can make strict laws for FRAUDS like Tata motors and rest so that Indian consumer can get justice.

Till then cases like mine will come and go but nothing will happen and common man will always suffer like this.

It's my request to all who are seeing this complaint. I request you all not to buy any vehicle from Tata motors.

Most Tata cars are defective and service centers are unreliable and incompetent.

Your life will become a living hell just like mine if you buy a Tata vehicle.

And Tata motors, if you are really honest and if you really want to do justice with me then give me my money back and set an example for every manufacturer to follow.

Show this nation and its citizens that you have not sacrificed humanity and humanity is still alive in today’s world.
