Tata Motors — Delay Car Delivery | |
Hi, I have booked a car Tata Nexon XZ+ Pure Silver BS6 on 27th September 2020 with Rudra Motors Wagholi, Pune. I was promised the delivery of the car on 27th October 2020. Then I was told the waiting period of the car now is 11 weeks from the booking date. Now it is more than 14 weeks from the delivery date and the car is not delivered to me. GSM of the dealer or TSM of the Tata motors are still not ready to give me the final date of delivery. I completed all the formalities from my side within 10 days from the booking date. I feel it is very unprofessional behavior from Tata Motors and it's dealers. I am being given very strange reasons for delayed delivery. Please help me.
