Tata Motors — Delayed in Delivery need Refund | |||
Dear Sir/Madam I had booked Tata Altroz XZ O on 29.09.20, I was assured that vehicle will be delivered on or before Dushera, than it was posptponed to before Diwali and till now it is in uncertainty. Being Unable to deliver the car on time I asked for refund of the booking amount but now there is no response from them. It is more than 80 days, I just want my refund I tried to solve the matter through the customer care number provided but they said it is up to Dealer only. Now if Dealer will say vehicle will be deliver on January 2022 than still I have to wait?? There is no time frame for Tata Motors or they just fooling peoples? Tata Dealer and Tata Motors Higher Management are fooling us. Dealer will never say I will not deliver but I think there should be time limit, a customer can’t wait so long, If I had invested that money in share I can get some profit, why to invest in Tata Dealer when they are useless. I hope this message will reach to Top management and action will be taken against the sleeping Dealers and local authorities. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
