[Resolved] Tata Motors — denying to change the hydraulic steering - pb65ac 0716 | |||
My storme in under extended warranty. The macro motors which has been closed now have done the service on sunday. Due to technical issues, they didn't open job card and done the service which is not showing in online system. I get the ac fan replaced under warranty after that too. But now i am facing tight steering problem and the mohali motors guys are denying to change the hydraulic steering because as per them i have missed one service. I have get all the services in time and also carrying extended warranty. If they are saying due to warranty violation rules (Not getting done on e service) they cant change the steering, then y they have changed ac fan under warranty??
