I purchased tata zest in exchange of my old vehicle maruti suzuki esteem from concorde motors.
I have still not received confirmation of transfer of ownership for my old car esteem and instead i received an challan intimated by nagpur rto on the vehicle
Concorde when contacted are not giving any clarity on transfer details
Request you to look in the same

Vehicle handed over to concorde on dec 2015

Request you to please assist in the same
