Tata Motors — Extended warranty fraud

At the time of purchase of storme from Kanchan Motors Nashik on 1/1/2013 I had paid money Rs7580 for extended warranty but today dealer is denying for it after 3&half years when I had car issue of wiper motor. Now what to do? Dealer had not given me any document for extended warranty till now. Should I go for consumer protection act? My car no.is MH 41 V 5363
