[Resolved] Tata Motors — feed back system | |
Complaining about the questionnaires set in feedback system. The person, taken the feedback, asks the same questions repeatedly at different times during the feedback. It seems to me he is doubting my honesty by checking the continuity of my answers. It takes more then 20 minutes before I told him to stop this tamasha. Even he does not know whether my car under extended warranty.He checked this stopping feedback. A scientific way of taking feedback is expected. Was this information helpful? | |
