Dear sir,


Iam c. Balasubramanian from coimbatore. I have taken loan for my tata ace tn37cb9285 vehicle from tata motor finance ltd, the loan contract number is [protected]. I have paid emi regularly but in between my finance situation goes worst due to my personal problem so i have planned and decided to sale my vehicle to somebody. Me and my vehicle buyer went to tata motor finance coimbatore office and plan to close the loan agreement. We asked total outstanding amount in that office, the cashier said 260000. Already my vehicle buyer ready to buy my vehicle for 225000 only so at that time i realized that i can not close the loan amount of 260000 so we return back from tata motor finance office. Few hours later on the same day me and buyer got call continuously from tata motor finance coimbatore collection agent mr. Balaji from his mobile number of [protected], he told that he and his manager mr. Jayaraj (Mbl-[protected]) got special approval for me from his superior officer to close the loan by rs.235000 only. Continuously more than 50 times both of we have received call from collection agent mr. Balaji and mr. Jayaraj regarding to the same, mr. Jayaraj introduced himsel[censored]s as managers of tata motor finance. We asked finance branch cashier for confirmation of final loan outstanding amount he said the same amount of rs.235000, after his confirmation and as per promising words of coimbatore branch collection agent mr. Balaji, branch cashier, and manager mr. Jayaraj, we have decided to close the loan and i asked my buyer to pay the outstanding amount and he gave me 225000 and myself put 10000 totally i paid 235000 to tata motor finance ltd coimbatore branch to close my loan agreement on 27.01.2016. I have collected payment paid receipt also. They asked me to come branch after 15 days to collect the no objection certificate, i hope their words and left from that office. From that day onward i have asked noc to them continuously but till now iam not yet received noc from tata motor finance. I did not know what is going on in between gap, now they are asked me to pay more amount for noc. This is not rightness, they are all cheated me. They used my ignorance.. They cheat me and collect amount by wrong way, me and my buyer called up to company collection agent mr. Balaji and manager mr. Jayaraj to ask noc but they are irresponsible guys, they are not giving proper response and most of times both of them not picked our calls. Whenever mr. Jayaraj picked our call he repeatedly said the same dialog of iam in company meeting.. My vehicle buyer giving me heavy pressure to ask noc. He already surrender the vehicle permit and now waiting for noc. Then only the vehicle will be transfer ownership and ride to hire..
I fed up and finally take this issue to tata motor finance company customer care service but they are also not responded properly. They are not investigated properly and their company state collection head mr. Sreeram mani response is very poor.
Please help me and give me justice to give no objection certificate. This is my humble request... There is no way for me. Already iam very helpless, my family situation is very bad so i can not recovery from this problem, it is very disappointed for me and my family. Pls do the needfull... I have attached payment paid receipt. Pls find the attachment and help me to give noc. I have some balance hope in indian banking ombudsman.
