[Resolved] Tata Motors — fraud from autovikas (moti nagar) for warranty issue | |||
Dear team, My self virender singh from new delhi. I am customer of tata motors since 8years i have your company's tata zest top model. My vehicle number is dl-10ct-4570. My issue that my vehicle accelerator is not working properly due to reason of ems wire accordingly truenorth workshop manager. Now when i said him for changed in warranty that truenorth workshop manager told me that we cant change in warranty because as per vehicle services schedule your last services record accordingly from autovikas service center not changed your coollent as per nearest 2years or 60.000km. Dear team now its not my default i dont know why not changed my coolent on last service from autovikas services center but now as per mistake of autovikas i am why suffer? I request to you please resolve my problems asap. By the way i have already registered my complaint by your customer care and my complaint id is 1-[protected].
